Nice composition there Goggs - the only thing I might try to do is tone down the green hill bit on the right, as it's a bit overpowering compared to the rest of the scene

Nice composition. The eye follows the scene well. The water is a bit overexposed but its hard not to do that when your using longer shutters to get that nice silky effect. You may want to look into getting a ND filter to help stop that. Another idea is going out when its really overcast. You will have diffused light that wont overpower your exposures..

I do like the composition however the fact that the water is so blown out does detract from the overall image IMO. However you have had some good advice on ways to improve so I hope you do have another go and post your results

Like the choice of angle the portrate oritation and the composition however personaly I am not keen on this amount of 'slowing' as I like some life in the water, that is however JMO
