He looks like a fun boy to photograph! I bet his family are pleased with the pictures.
I actually thought the posing looked quite relaxed. I have one boy who looks very relaxed in front of the camera and one who always looks really uncomfortable - and the harder he tries, the worse he looks. This chap looks fine to me.
Just watch out for chopping off fingers and toes.
