I like this one, interesting expression you've caught there. Would love to see it in mono also, as I think the wrinkles and tones in his face would possibly lend themselves to it

Good candid. I think the B&W works better although I would bump the black and white points with a levels adjustment and tone down the sharpening and keep it selective.
