The paparazzi......

As this has been brought up in another thread

What are your views, thoughts on the Paparazzi????

Do they provide a need in this celebrity obsessed world?
Are they parasites?
Do you think they have the right to shoot someone going about there normal life?
Once you become famous, do give away all rights to privacy?
Is it acceptable to take private moments between a celeb and say their child or family member?
Would you ever consider doing it for a living?

Re: The paparazzi......

I think if the person has 'chosen' to be famous they should accept they will be photographed.

I think if the person sponges of the state, they should to expect to be photographed.

I think if the person did not choose to be famous, and doesn't go out of their way to purposely attract attention - should be left alone.

Re: The paparazzi......

I agree Azz if you make a decdision to pursue fame, I don't think you can bleat about press intrusion, after all, it is the press that makes you famous, and keeps you there.

I think even if you are famous though, your kids should have the right not to be photgraphed, but I think that about all kids.

Mmm, not a fan of the Royal family then Azz totally agree, same thing applies to junior Royals though what I have said about kids though.

I am not a fan of Paparazzi shots, peeping behind hedges while someone famous lies on a sunlounger TBH, or sitting on yachts with a massive zoom lens. But it sells, doesn't it.

I have to admit I do love looking at shots of things like Cannes, the Oscars, Premiers, to see who is wearing what
But I really am not bothered about seeing pics of Amy Winehouse for instance on a bender, don't get why people want to see pics like that

My humble opinion

Re: The paparazzi......

Lets face it there are many stars who you never see in the papers etc, because they like to keep private etc. The ones you see are normally the ones seeking attention, more often than not doing something wrong anyway!

I must admit though I don't buy magazines, papers etc, and photographs of stars aren't the reason why I would buy one.
