Re: Is there anything you wouldn't photograph???

Serious answer for a change.
Is there anything I wouldn't photo?
It really depends on what you want or are asked to take a photograph of. There may be occassions when you happen to have a camera handy and asked by an authority to take a photo such as an accident/event, when normally you just wouldn't intrude.

It all depends on what you are comfortable with, there may be a time when its appropriate to take a photo, yet under similar circumstances in another situation it wouldn't.

This is where discreation would play a big part and there is no direct yes/no answer.

Re: Is there anything you wouldn't photograph???

I see what your saying bazza, but a photo can be taken discretely, with a telephoto, or medium range zoom lens, so the act of taking the photo needn't be intrusive.

Now if I was in a car accident, and my family were hurt, I'm not going to start snapping away pics of them, but that's as my point a. above, I'd be actively engaged in the scene, so not likely to have the time or inclination to be taking pics, however, accidents of strangers, provided someone else was giving aid, then yes I could shoot away to my cards full.

I honestly cannot think of a situation that I wasn't personally involved in where I would be uncomfortable taking a photo.
