HDR Tree and Dyke ...with none HDR
Two shots here...this first one is the middle of the 3 shots I took to make the HDR..
As you can see, the sky was flat, the tree was flat ....

The hdr has brought out the colour well however your shadow clipping is a bit high 
was this the HDR process or the PP options you chose??

The shadow clipping is too high to you possibly K 
I chose the options that I liked and that suited the scene ...JMO
