I guess for me the photography is just a hobby at the moment, but from the positive feedback and recent print sales, I might venture into the world of craft fairs for a bit once I've built up a more extensive portfolio
Full time job is a freshwater biologist, which doesn't allow massive amounts of time for photography, especially with wildlife being my main interest and the weather being less than co-operative at weekends

I just have to grab my moments when I can get out. I also like watching birds and other wildlife regardless of whether I get good shots of them, and have done since I was big enough to pick up a pair of binoculars.
I'm also a keen walker, and like to get to Pembrokeshire, Gower and the Brecon Beacons when I can, and the Lakes, Snowdonia and Scotland at least once every couple of years. Have also done a bit of diving, rock climbing and surfing as well in the past. Also like sea fishing with the boyfriend, both boat and shore-based.
My other main hobby is the rats, I've just started actively breeding and showing again after a break of nearly a year, enforced by my boyfriend losing his mum - he had to take priority over everything else. I've just had my first litter of chocolate rats (same colour as choc labs) so am looking forward to watching them grow
I also have 3 laying chickens and a surprisingly productive veggie patch, seeing as I live on top of a hill in Carmarthenshire!
