Really nice shot of the cat Mel - sharp and good exposure. Not to keen on your dog images (although he's a nice looking dog), I'm sure you could have captured him better. Left side of his muzzle on the first image is very white (blown) and he looks like he is ready to fall over. Second image much the same as the first. Maybe if you try to image him before he has run around to much and perhaps shoot using a larger aperture as well.

Yes, you are right but tis hard to keep them still long enough to get everything ready lol No he wasnt ready to fall over though, just mid pace
