I'd like you to say that to my wifes dad He's a bike racing nut. Has some very old motor bikes in his shed. Shame he's a bit to old and errrrr, round shape to ride them now

If this is your first outing to the race track you have done very well indeed. I like to see what you could do with semi pro DSLR and a reasonable zoom plus monopod.

The next stage would be to find all the good places around the track.

Shot 5, great comp and technically good too.

Shot 2, gives a great story to the start of the race, with the pack still very close.

Thank Ken. It was your racing pictures that took me up there.
While I was there there was a bloke the the hubble telescope in his hand. I asked him if I could ask a few camera questions, he was good and gave me a few pointers.
