I've always fancied trying digiscoping, but think it's not so likely to give any sort of result. Better to save for a better lens and get good at fieldcraft

For a few years the majority of the photography i did was astrophotography, so mounting the camera onto a scope is the norm, well unless your piggybacking.
For me it was seeing what is possible doing terrestrial photography with the equipment i have at hand.
I couldnt see myself getting out further afield with any of my scopes, size and weight are major issues, but taking one away on vacation to use as zoom lens might be worth a shot as the place we stay at is a riverside cottage in the middle of nowhere, plenty of wildlife to photograph.
