Hi clairelou, he is still a pup just 7 months but he has been shooting up and not out lol he is coming along nicely now and starting to bulk out more.

You have my sympathy I have a young dog just the same, has problems keeping weight on, but now he has stopped growing upwards, he does seem to be filling out I think some dogs keep their weight steadier than others too.

I know some can be difficult as youngsters, my two Dobes were ok but I know many that are quite "ribby" as babes. Best of luck with him.

Long time no post guys but life been a bit mad, i was lucky enough to come across this site again and remembered i posted a few times, hope everyone is good.........

Well my little lad has grown up now and looking well toned so thought i would share, Blitz is now 16 months old and gained some much needed weight
