I like #1, I see so many pics of waterfalls on here with slow shutter speeds that make the water look like liquid nitrogen gas, it's nice to see one that's not been overdone.

Wonderful shots, especially the third one. I think shooting waterfalls is a very personal thing, some like the milky effect, others prefer to freeze the motion, and some are in between. I do like these though
