Re: The Flower Girl

Surprised at how well the edit has come out (although feel the eyes are a little overcooked), wasn't quite sure on the angle in the original (don't think it shows her best side?) but the edit did surprise me!

It's part of a Nikon package...

Efex 3.0
Dfine 3.0
Viveza 3.0
Silver Efex Pro 3.0
Sharpener Pro 3.0

I deliberately overcooked her eyes!

I have a daughter who is just 12, and one who is ten, it's the most exciting time of my life, they are still children and so rely on us a lot, still cuddly and fun, but they are also maturing, and have a good sense of humour, and really fun loving natures, every day I spend with them is amazing.

Sorry, totally off topic, just had to throw that it.

I agree with Azz, the skin is good, and while the eyes will benefit from a little sharpening, I think they are a little too sharp now, but it is a personal preference thing, and each to their own.

Re: The Flower Girl

That's a great shot Moon.

The lighting is very soft and natural plus your subject helps by looking so laid back.

Re: The Flower Girl

I personally prefer the original pic as that is what she looks like.

Looking forward to seeing the other pics.

Re: The Flower Girl

Lovely shot..I must try some of my kids soon. Hoping the nifty fifty might appear for my birthday on Saturday as Santa forgot to pop one in my stocking. My 13 year old is a little camera shy though. I may do better with my youngest.

I like the natural shot rather than the editied one. I do like the edit Finbar did though regarding the brickwork.
