Thanks, that's an idea i'd had when doing the shoot and pairing the images. But i didn't get a very good shot when i had her in a similar pose so i just put these two together, but now that someone else has had this opinion i might do a reshoot eventually to get images that are more identical to, like you said make the contrast more obvious

I agree that it would work better with either 2 poses the same or maybe complete opposite - like facing in towards each other, or out from each other.
I think you also need to think about how you would light them. They both look underexposed to me without much light reaching the eyes.
