Ignoring your popping I like the first shot, the new town through an old arch it is good to look at and shows the historic distance. Quiet poignant when you consider it is Coventry.

I haven't "popped" for awhile, it can become addictive

It is part of the old city wall, and now in Alfred Herbert's Garden. Alfred Herbert was a toolmaker with factories world-wide, but as with all Coventry's manufacturing, it is long gone Just the Alfred Herbert Art Gallery and the garden, pretty much, to mark the passing.
