I've been reading up on some photoshop techniques to make the most of my raw files. So, natrually I've revisited some old shots to have a go.

What have you changed in photoshop?

I did a 3 year foundation course in Art & design (as it was called then). I guess it would be called media studies now.

Yes, the flash should be with you shortly - she did say before the end of the week, possibly Weds/Thurs. I'lll see if I can track it.

They are some really beauty photographs. Lovely colour as well!

I've brought the exposure up, enhanced the clouds a little by masking over different exposures to avoid burning.

Healed out a nasty crane in the horizon, also some nasty distractions in the foreground.

It's a great photo that reminds me of my summer with my lovely fiancee who I love very much! Mmmm nostalgia rocks!

Like this one but just one thing is not quite right.

It's not Sandbanks

What you have is Shell Bay with Brownsea Island in the background. Sandbanks is on the other side of the water and you can just see the Haven Hotel, Sandbanks on the far right of the picture.

But none of that detracts from the fact it is a good image which shows the area off nicely.
