I used manual :(

Okay yesterday I had a nightmare, I used Manual for the first time

What can I say, except every single pic out of about 60 ended up in the recycle bin

Please tell me this is normal and I will get the hang of it

Re: I used manual :(

See I was really pleased, I had been busy in the garden so they were mostly garden pics and dogs, but looked okay on camera....... so carried on taking them.

Uploaded them and they were seriously bad

I just need to keep practising I suppose.

It could be a while till I post pics again,as I have decided never to use the Auto except in a situation that has to be captured

There are alot of things to get your head around with manual, so yes it will take time and alot of self learning!

Re: I used manual :(

It just feels like a major step back
I had been pleased with some of my pics lately, so I will keep going, but I don't like it!

Re: I used manual :(

Right I am going to try and take some wheelie type things for the subject of the month..... in Manual

It could take a month to get the right shot

I know it is going to take time, but I feel like I am starting all over again
