Re: Graphics Tablets

I love mine... I got a Wacom one, cost me about £70 from John Lewis and is only an A6... I love it although still getting used to using it

It does everything i need it to do and until i get better i wont need anything bigger for a while. I like doing the anime drawings, but it takes a while to get used to the pressure sensitivity and also the position of the curser on the screen in relation to the pen. after about 15 or so minutes you can get your "eye in" and you get used to it

If you get one, you'll have loads of fun

Re: Graphics Tablets

Every now and again Aldi have a tablet in their weekly specials. Couldn't tell you when the next one will be and when the last one was but it might be worth a look in a store. It's quite big, around A4 size and around £25 with wireless mouse. I bought one around 3 years ago and have used it for about an hour (bearing in mind I have been away working abroad most of the last 3 years!). It's quite a good tablet for the money. I had a small one before but it was too fiddly. I never liked the wireless mouse (except for remotely working powerpoint) find they aren't precise enough in my experience but I've never had a good expensive precison one.
