continue of camera clearout

As before I am clearing out some of my camera equipment I don't use.

So here is a Voigtlander Vito CL 35mm camera ( Serial number 8470155 ) and a Rollie E19BC flashgun and connection cord.

I have had this since new and it is 42 years old so I know the history of it from the start. It was new in 1966 and I have only taken less than 6 rolls of film on it, at the time film and development costs were to high for what I earned. It has been put away for at least 41 years and never touched.

The camera does not need batteries yet has a light meter built in for camera settings ie aperture etc, something you just don't get on any modern camera. It is perfect in every respect however as you may appreciate there is some dust on the lens which would be easy to remove if sent for cleaning, it is between the lenses not on front or back so only dust, so this would have to be considered in any offer price. In picture 3 you can see the light meter needle and adjustment ring is working thrrough the top oblong screen

Well after 41 years you have to expect a little dust as the camera has never been touched.

The lens itself is a Voigtlander Lanthar 2.8/50 one of the rarer versions as most have the Skoper lens. It also has the facility for a remote cable shutter release which I did have long ago but cannot find, might have been lost in house moves.

The leather case has slight wear as can be seen in the following photos but that is all and was the original case for that camera. The camera doesn't have to be removed from the leather case to use, only for inserting film.

Even have the original box it came in although the inside packaging is missing.

The Flashgun by Rollie at the time was one of the best makes one could buy and still is in perfect working order (4 AA battries req) also a connecting lead from gun to camera.

Also there are original instruction books both for camera and flashgun The camera instruction book is tatty on the outside but not too bad within and can easily be read on the inside pages. Same with the instruction book for the flashgun, if you read German on the first few pages then you have had it, but the English from page 12 to 23 is ok as is the French on the following pages, most sold on ebay are reproduction copies.

Before I post the pictures I would like to say that it is very rare to get a camera like this in "as new" condition and apart from the dust on the lens, as mentioned, it would be a fantastic camera for someone taking up photographic studies.

Because of the condition and everything else I am looking for a price above the normal rubbish on ebay and the price wouldn't include post and package.
As before I will consider reasonable offers but don't be dissapointed if your offer is refused. I have tried to give an accurate description of the camera so you are aware of what you are purchasing. I have to mention that I will not split up any items for individual sale, all comes as a complete package.
