Image used without permission!
Oooh im not happy!
One of my images has been used without my consent or knowledge and they even give THEMSELVES credit for the pic!!!

Just sent them an email now! its advertising on a site. just put....
Unfortunatly its one that isnt watermarked or logo stamped! Typical hey!

Its a lovley capture of XXX but id like to point out that the copyright of the image remains with me. On this occassion i will allow my image to be used, but could you please take the time to correct who the photograph was taken by. "Kanikula Photography" and not by "XXXXX".

It doesn't matter thta it wasn't watermarked you own the copyright and can prove it you know exactly were and when it was taken etc

I dont mind it being used. The orignal photo taken for them anyway Azz. They just dont have permission to reproduce or use it for advertising on that particular page . Its also an edit which im sure i didnt give to them...
