Sutton Hoo ship burial, Woodbridge and River Deben

I have to say we were a little disappointed with Sutton Hoo. But as the sun replaced dark skies and the odd light shower we really enjoyed our day out.

Sutton Hoo is a place thats always intrigued me, i watch every documentary of this site. So im envious of your visit, photos 1 and 3 stand out, a fine set overall and some contenders for POTM.

A lovely varied set. I remember spending ages doing a project about Sutton Hoo at primary school. I must be getting old as I remember none of it.
