We went last year as well. We did 3 nights in Giza (the hotel Sphinx overlooked the pyramids), went into Cairo to see King Tuts bits and pieces. Then flew down to Luxor for 7 days to go down the River Nile to the Aswan Damn and back to fly home.

I really like it, but I think if you cropped the bottom off where the wire fence is, and the right handside so you got rid of the clutter, so the picture was asymmetrical it would take the image a lot further, though it's lovely as it is too

Thanks for your input. Like most of my photos I try and show as taken and leave it up to others to consider how they would present them.

In first photo
I did have to adjust the lighting slightly as the floodlights swamped the wall behind taking away some of its detail,l and also had a play with the dark areas to show the top of the head better

Second picture I had to level up or else we all would have fallen off the earth.

So if you want to have a play with it then please do.
