Re: A Study of a Lily

Oh, MS, I'm not too sure, found myself searching for the point of focus instead of looking at the image. May be a problem with the way I am looking at your work but apart from number 2 which hits home immediately I was searching not looking.

Re: A Study of a Lily

They are a little too soft for my liking MS, like Snapper my eye wasn't drawn to a focal point apart from in 2 which has a really nice DoF (and to a lesser extent 5 & 6 ).

Moon - I like the concept, but I too was searching for a point of focus - rather confusing on the eye. Perhaps, you have started a new style!

Lovely subject matter, and very beautiful in its own right.
