I don't snap the shutter until they do. It's sort of a trademark of my animal photographs.

Like the expression you've caught, but it's a little fuzzy round the edges? A slightly slow shutter speed perhaps? Looks like you had a pretty grey day too!

It was severely overcast. It rained within the half hour. I changed the photo to another with better contrast.

superb picture ,cheetahs are hard to photograph as their markings make a picture look soft

Lovely capture, i love the pose, low light levels can be frustrating, but this looks good to me

In some cases they were a foot away or less. It's quite a feeling of the power and beauty.
