Thanks Azz. Yes, I normally use my circular polarising filter on my 17-40mm, except for night shots and if the weather is not very bright

Yep, great photos, we were thinking of spending a few days up in the highlands but the weather being as it is at the moment looks as if we will have to give it a miss.

Makes you want to jump in your car and visit each place one by one over two or three days. I always find it difficult to find remote places to photograph and you can't always find the light that's required to make each shot work.
Your exposures are particularly neat.
