Cats & Dogs

Walking around a village today I managed to snap these pics.

A huge wine urn turned on it's side makes a really cool kennel!

A broken pot makes a comfy nest for this ginger tom

Re: Cats & Dogs

Great shots - wish we had that light here just now !

Do you know the dog ? - looks like she's got a belly full of pups or recently had pups ??

Looks like she's 'kept' there so might be worth a trip back for puppy pics ?

Love the cat too - they make great subjects

PS

That pot (dog house) is huge - I want one !

Think it is lack of fences Azz, we find it hard to accept the way animals are treated abroad but I have decided we can do nothing about it and I am not sure we have the right till we sort out our own act. Amazes me how most the dogs in the Spanish countryside seem to live on bread.

Re: Cats & Dogs

Lovely captures, especially the cat, it is a lovely shot.

Bless her , she looks as if she is about to "pop" any second. I love her kennel, I bet that keeps her cool in the daytime, and warm at night. Nice looking dog too.

Re: Cats & Dogs

I had to laugh when I first saw the dog photo Jack. The expression on her face is priceless. This is such an interesting photo with lots of well composed areas. At first you notice the dog & then your eyes are drawn to the doghouse. Very well done.
