Dwarf Mongoose

This little guy was too cute although I'm sure he could probably chew off your hand if excited. They are know for being snake killers, even cobras. His environment was a self-contained glass-walled area with a painted sky and backdrop. I made sure to shoot at a wide aperture to blur that background. I had the Nikon 24-70mm F/2.8 FX aboard.

Lovely shot Bob - these are such gorgeous little animals <3 My only niggle would be to perhaps change the angle of shooting slightly, just to get that stick in the background clear of his back
