Don't know too much about that company. Seems quite a bit cheaper than most can offer it so I'd be wary! Appears some companies offer their own 2 or 3 year warranty when they aren't offering an official Nikon Uk warranty. No offence Bazza, simply caution, but the last one you posted was registered to some Russian 'company' (probably mafioski.com!)! 
I would like to get a D300 but prefer to stick with an established company like Jessops/Amazon etc. I reckon the D300 wil fall in the new year and a D400 by autumn. Still fancy a D700 though for future proofing...
