A couple of birds

Taken earlier today through a double glazed window. 50d and 400mm f5.6 L
Shot @f5.6, 1/100sec, ISO 1600, Partial metering.

1)


2)Shot @f5.6, 1/400sec, ISO 1250, Spot metering.

Yep good photos, just one question, how far away were the birds? you give all camera/lens settings but not distance.
