Patch

This is Patch, an 11 month old Border Collie. I met her at New Lanark today while talking to her owner about her and asked if I could take a few pics of her

Re: Patch

Fantastic shots DJ - you might want to ask the owner if she wants to buy some prints, they are really good. Tell her to get on Dogsey too

Re: Patch

Nice sharp pictures of the dog, can I suggest that the background is considered as well, acceptable being out of focus due to DOF ,with a different coloured one it would really make the dog leap out of the photo. May be using any grass to take the picture against is an idea

Re: Patch

Really, really great series. You're focus & exposure are spot on. That was not an easy shoot as the fur is so white. You managed to get great detail & highlights in the fir. Beautiful dog by the way.
