No issue with proper shooting here I value the support that they give the countryside

Love this shot, think it reminds me of a lot of the atmospheric hunt paintings that I've seen. Agree about the blue flexi lead, perhaps desaturating it a bit, or making it brown might make it far less noticeable. I wouldn't clone it out, as the handler's hand would look odd.

Nice capture, I like that it tells a story too. My Dad used to shoot a lot of our food years ago, I can always remember find the odd bit of shot while eating it

Once again, many thanks for all the input.
I love it when an image creates some debate and gets people talking.
I have taken the advice about the blue lead (funny how you can miss something that is staring you in the face) and replaced the colour in Photoshop.
Hopefully I have a more complete picture now.
