Very pretty little things! The Marsh Frits are especially impressive! <3 Don't think my shots are quite as good of those though, as was very conscious to try not to disturb, also lots of people around. <3 As always, please view large

Terrific shots, Zoundz !! I am always looking for butterflies and trying to get good photos of them...these are not seen here but we have other frittilaries and they are different...the spotted feelers are good looking..I only see them on the Pearl Crescent...very well done, Shirley

I did indeed use the Nikkor 105mm I love that lens, it's been one of my favourites for 3 years now <3 can't imagine being without it!

Common blues are belters,but that Marsh Frit is a bonny butterfly, no 8 stands out.
I regret giving away my Sigma !05nn macro lens now have the 150mm Sigma.
