Re: Something new for me

Hi Ken , 1 & 4 for me , and the others I don't like the horses shape .

I would say you nailed them , my only comment would be may be shoot a little earlier , to show the angle rather than showing the horse's legs off the ground .

Both 1 & 4 are sharp and bang on but if I could choose one it would be No4 .

Come on these should have been easy for you .... only horse power .

Re: Something new for me

The 3/4 shots are stunning. Dynamic and powerful, you can almost hear the chuffing noise the horse makes when it jumps Not so keen on the side-on pic 3 though, to me it doesn't carry any emotion, although the timing is perfect.

So, that's cars, 'bikes and horses. My list of things to try is getting longer than my lenses

Thanks for the detailed CC Roy it's appreciated as I know this is an area that you have specialised in, in the past and you know your horses

Hey Gaz, there is always some other challenge around the corner, I think that's what makes it so interesting.

Thanks for the feedback Gaz, I have to admit that the side on shots were a bit of an after thought to try and mix things up a bit, they are heavily cropped shots from the other side of the arena.
