Product style shot
Got bored yesterday night so decided to play about with my 3 speed-lights on my desk. It was just an experiment really to try a different methods of diffusing the light.
Here was the resulting shot:

No expert here Ken, looks a nice balance of light though so looks like exp was successful

OK, I had to set things up again so I could show what I had used, also had to swap cameras too.
This is the setup below nothing very grand, but I find the foam sheets make good diffusers, I set the two side flashes to slave and about -1 stop, the third flash goes on the camera set to master.
And the result:
