Heron
Taken yesterday on a snowy walk through a local forest/past a lake.
The background detracts a bit I think, also the heron is not as sharp as it could be.

Lovely composition Polo, the background is busy, but it is wild bird, so you can't pick and choose the background. Lovely capture x

Nice capture , Polo. It could do with some brightening up as it's a little under exposed.

I like the composition too.
I like the way the heron is looking into the empty space.
Shame it isn't sharper, but a good capture all the same.

It is a bit dark, but I like the composition, and think that the background won't be so distracting after a bit of playing about in PS.
