Yellow Flower

Hi

I don't take a lot of flower images because I struggle with them. Damn things keep moving for start

I quite like this one though and thought I would put it up to see what you thought. Is the composition OK, should I clone out the couple of spots on the leaves.

Cheers

Steve

Re: Yellow Flower

Steve this a beautiful shot, you should take more flowers!

Great, interesting composition, it's really pleasing, plus the yellow is great, I find sometimes with flowers you can get a greenish cast on the yellow.

Really love the DoF, great Bokeh Personally I'd leave any imperfections in the petals, as nature isn't perfection but if it is going to iritate you, then do it

Re: Yellow Flower

I really like this Steve - you should definitely take more!!

The composition is excellent, exposure spot on! Love the colours (really like yellows and oranges at the mo, think they are my new favourite colours!). With regards to the spots I think it'd work either way - so down to whether you would prefer it with or without.

Summary: smashing shot Steve!
