They would be a different variety is my guess, unfortunately my useless knowledge doesn't stretch that far.

What I do know is that Bluebells are self seeding and moving transplanting them is not a good idea, generally ends up in loosing them altogether. Wow where did that come from????

Lovely photos I love the colour, bluebells are so natural aren't they.
I took some photos of the ones in our garden last year but haven't seen them this year
I didn't know they came in white as well
