Still thinking about this, need/want a couple of new lens and it seems daft to buy for the Pentax when I find that some third party lens and flash equipment is not available for the Pentax.
So might change brands and wondered if anyone knows when the D90 is due and if you can give a link to anything about the camera.
Thanks, this could go on for a while, I love my isd but find buying things for it very frustrating. Beginning to wish I had snapped up Grants D70 but that’s a woman for you likes to take her time.

I purchased the D40X but have stepped up to the fabulous D80 if the money were available.

Well, it seems, if the rumours are anything like the truth, that the D90 will be announced next month and is will be bundled with a 18 -105 lens at a cost around £650.
Could be total tosh but I think I will hold my horses for a while.
