Snapper, given the weather and your current mobility - how about you get a piece of black/white/coloured material as a backdrop, and set up a mini indoor studio to take some macro shots of interesting household objects. That would be cool.

JR I have no excuse as I own a tent, I think I am enjoying a rummage in some old files too much and really can't shake myself out of the lethargy. Sure a bit of sun would help but at the moment no luck.

Suppose I should push myself but never found that works too well, may be tomorrow I will try and find something to inspire me and try very hard for it not to be a water drop.

During the last week I have continued with my struggle to conquer my new lens and the garden birds. Thought by way of a change you may like to see my 'hide' works well unless another member of the household has an urgent need.




This is one of the captures - it was a nice day and gave some promise of spring being on the way, did not last but will be back I hope.

I am liking that and indeed spring is on its way.

WEEK 9

Spent several hours this week trying to set up a system for capturing some better birds. It has not as yet been successful, as I can’t manage the trigger on the remote control, it is small and below the surface so is difficult to press, think I will invest in a different one.

I did manage to capture something, myself, OK it is not in focus but then neither were the birds.
