In my opinion, no two photos are ever quite the same, even if following the same 'recipe'. And yeah I agree with the others, if you're just glancing at photos the same could be said for 98% of pics, including your own.
I can't remember the details now but there is a very well known photograph that photographers from all over the world have been trying to emulate for years, and despite having the location by gps, time of day etc none of them have been able to surpass or match the original. I'll see if I can dig out the info at some point.

May not be the exact one you mean, but read a few things about people trying to recreate his stuff and pretty much failing miserably!

That was the very shot!!
The reason was that Adams was a master in the darkroom, post processing his work to a high level.

Ansel came up with the 'zone' system, but used spot metering everywhere, searching for that perfect point of exposure.
I seem to remember that a lot of his early work was done at F1/64, so no wonder all his shots were in focus
